• Handle everyday administrative activities involving internal platforms, tools, and documentation;
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.

• Confident English abilities, minimum B2 level;
• At least one year of professional experience in any domain, such as administrative, sales, or research-oriented positions;
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with others;
• Skilled at analyzing situations and making sound, informed judgments;
• Open to change and able to adjust smoothly as business priorities shift;
• Demonstrated ability to balance several tasks, organize priorities, and deliver on time;
