• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from intake, sourcing, and screening through interviews, selection, and offer
• Advise hiring managers on the labor market, recruitment approach, and selection process, and challenge them when needed
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and future vacancies
• Build and maintain talent pools, finding and engaging passive candidates
• Conduct in-depth selection interviews and coordinate assessments, internal tests, and reference checks when needed
• Coordinate recruitment agencies and other external partners
• Use recruitment data to identify funnel bottlenecks and develop solutions
• Monitor time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-of-hire, and diversity, using these insights to improve recruitment
• Regularly visit production sites to stay connected with teams, work environments, and vacancies

• Passion for recruitment and curiosity about people and the business behind vacancies
• Relevant completed higher professional or bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a medium-sized or large organization
• Experience in technical recruitment and/or recruitment in a production or industrial environment
• Strong sourcing skills and experience proactively approaching passive candidates
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards
• Experience writing engaging job advertisements and job profiles
• Confidence and seniority to advise hiring managers and lead difficult vacancies or conversations
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English
