• End-to-end recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from coordinating staffing needs and developing suitable search strategies to selecting suitable candidates and successfully filling our positions.
• Advising departments: You act as a sparring partner to our managers, agree on suitable candidate profiles, create engaging, target-group-specific job advertisements, select promising recruiting channels, and develop creative approaches to reach even hard-to-reach target groups.
• Active sourcing and direct search: You identify and attract suitable candidates through professional networks, talent pools, and modern search methods. With personalized, compelling outreach, you spark interest and build lasting relationships with potential talent.
• Interviews and selection decisions: You review application documents, conduct structured interviews, identify professional and personal potential, and support our managers in making well-founded and transparent hiring decisions.
• Professional candidate experience: Through personal, appreciative, and reliable communication, you ensure a positive application experience from the first contact through to the final response.
• Modern recruiting and process optimization: You use recruiting metrics, digital tools, and AI-powered applications to optimize search strategies, make processes more efficient, and continuously develop our recruiting with new ideas and innovative approaches.

• You have a completed degree, commercial or HR-related vocational training, or a comparable qualification; what matters to us is your recruiting expertise and practical experience.
• You have several years of recruiting experience and have ideally already successfully filled a range of specialist and management positions in a medium-sized, consulting-oriented, or project-based environment.
• You are at home in active sourcing and direct search, use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter in particular with confidence, and know how to inspire even hard-to-reach candidates to consider new career opportunities.
• You have strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, are confident when dealing with managers, and know how to bring different interests together constructively.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way, keep track of several parallel recruitment processes, and actively contribute your own ideas.
• You are digitally savvy, work confidently with applicant tracking systems (ideally Personio) and modern recruiting tools, and are interested in using AI applications in recruiting thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as confidence using standard MS Office applications, round out your profile.
