- Develop and implement international recruitment strategies;
- Lead hiring across Europe and other international markets;
- Manage recruitment for senior and key business positions;
- Build and optimize sourcing and hiring processes;
- Lead and develop the recruitment team;
- Work closely with C-Level and senior management on hiring priorities.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in recruitment leadership roles, including Head of TA, Head of Recruiting, Recruitment Director, or Head of agency;
- Proven experience hiring senior and managerial positions;
- Mandatory iGaming experience;
- Strong knowledge of European and CIS talent markets;
- Experience managing recruitment teams and processes;
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with senior management;
- English — Upper-Intermediate+.
