Seranova Beauty is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand generating roughly $130M/year through paid advertising. It is a remote team of 100+ people across different countries and time zones.

• Own recruiting pipelines for several open roles at the same time
• Work with hiring managers to understand the candidate profile for each role
• Turn role requirements into clear job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate criteria
• Review applications and identify strong candidates
• Run initial screening calls and assess experience, motivation, communication, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit
• Share candidate notes and recommendations with hiring managers
• Coordinate next steps and keep candidates informed
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram groups, niche communities, and other relevant channels
• Build targeted candidate lists for roles across marketing, creative, e-commerce, operations, and growth
• Write personalized outreach messages
• Test sourcing channels and outreach approaches to improve response rates
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and help them understand the role, team, and expectations
• Send follow-ups, rejections, and next-step messages
• Update candidate statuses, notes, feedback, and next steps in recruiting tools
• Follow up with hiring managers and candidates to prevent delays
• Improve job descriptions, outreach messages, screening flows, and interview processes
• Support offer coordination and onboarding preparation when needed
• Identify ways to make recruiting smoother and more scalable

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing
• Experience working on roles in e-commerce, DTC, marketing, creative, operations, digital, or similar areas
• Ability to proactively source candidates
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, Telegram, and niche sourcing channels
• Ability to run structured screening calls and assess candidate fit
• Ability to write clear candidate summaries and communicate practical recommendations
• Organized and reliable, with strong follow-through on candidates, follow-ups, and next steps
• Warm, clear, and professional communication
• Able to move quickly while maintaining quality and a good candidate experience
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Curious about people and their motivations
• Able to adapt communication style to candidates, roles, and hiring managers
• Focused on finding the right fit, not just filling roles quickly
