Securitas Group operates in security and investigations, supporting customers and employees through safe working conditions and an inclusive work environment. Its Talent Acquisition Team supports hiring for Business and IT roles across European Division and Global functions.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for each role;
• Partner with hiring managers, build long-term business relationships, and act as a Recruitment Advisor;
• Identify recruitment needs, agree on hiring strategies, and source high-quality candidates through diverse channels;
• Create and post job openings on the career site, job boards, social media, and internal channels;
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing channels;
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews by phone and video;
• Maintain Securitas Group’s positive image and a strong candidate experience from application through final feedback;
• Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates;
• Support and drive Employer Branding initiatives, including social media activities, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction programs;
• Identify areas for improvement and share ideas to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• Fluent spoken and written English;
• 5–7 Years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in large international complex matrix organizations;
• Experience in volume recruitment for operational and business white-collar roles, preferably HR and Finance;
• Practical knowledge of direct search and candidate sourcing techniques;
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn;
• Strong knowledge of the Warsaw recruitment market;
• Excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships with international stakeholders;
• Curiosity about new technologies, including AI-powered tools, and willingness to use them thoughtfully;
• A can-do attitude and ability to take ownership;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Nice to have: German or French or another European language, familiarity with international recruitment markets and local hiring nuances.
