• Achieve individual recruitment goals and KPIs;
• Source IT candidates using various recruitment methods and channels;
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, offers, and negotiations;
• Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates;
• Build and maintain a candidate database;
• Develop knowledge of the IT market and improve recruitment techniques;
• Maintain regular contact with candidates by phone and email;
• Build long-term candidate relationships and represent Seargin as an employer;
• Keep recruitment data and candidate interactions up to date in the CRM/HRM system;
• Cooperate with Recruitment, Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, and other teams.

• Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2);
• Higher education;
• Strong motivation to learn and build a career in IT Recruitment;
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach;
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure;
• Persistence and determination to achieve ambitious goals;
• Good communication and relationship-building skills;
• Nice to have: previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment; availability to start as soon as possible.
