- Source and attract IT professionals at various seniority levels
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
требования
- Experience in IT recruitment across international markets
- Proficiency in modern candidate sourcing tools, including Boolean Search and other sourcing techniques
- Будет плюсом: Recruitment experience in FinTech, Gambling, or iGaming, understanding of international IT markets and the specifics of hiring technical professionals
условия
- Salary of up to $2,500 net, depending on experience and expertise
