• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through data, insights, and market expertise;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Confidence operating as a consultant to senior business leaders;
• Curious, proactive, and resilient mindset with a focus on exceptional hiring outcomes;
• Experience using modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools;
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
