• Manage the full recruitment process from intake to signature;
• Conduct focused intakes with hiring managers and determine realistic hiring expectations;
• Build talent pools through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and targeted sourcing;
• Coordinate interviews and feedback throughout the recruitment process;
• Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey;
• Monitor progress and maintain up-to-date data in Greenhouse;
• Advise hiring managers using market insights and data;
• Adjust expectations when necessary;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to a strong employer brand;
• Manage multiple vacancies while balancing volume and quality;
• Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes.

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, in-house, or preferably combined environment;
• Proven track record recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and other technical profiles;
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Ability to act as a business partner and advise stakeholders using market insights and data;
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment and deliver consistent results;
• Fluent Dutch and English.
