задачи
- Full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sales and management roles.
- Source candidates directly through your network, LinkedIn and referrals, not only screen applications.
- HR administration under Georgian labor law.
- Onboarding, probation, leave and terminations.
- Incentive schemes and KPIs together with management.
требования
- 3+ years in HR, at least 2 of them in recruitment.
- Experience hiring salespeople: real estate, banking, car dealerships, premium retail, hotels.
- Experience hiring for management roles.
- Knowledge of Georgian labor law.
- Fluent Georgian and Russian, good spoken and written English (required).
- Available to start within a week.
