• Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, satisfaction surveys, newsletters, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings
• Identify and monitor the organization’s culture to support company goals and promote employee satisfaction
• Carry out administrative duties related to HR processes
• Implement onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze the findings
• Maintain historical human resource records
• Collaborate with the PR team on activities to create and maintain brand awareness in the market

• At least 2 years of experience in HR
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Strong work ethic and attitude
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
