qa engineer (manual) for acquiring platforms

The QA team works with the Way4 card processing system and the acquiring payment industry, including vendor, IPS, and merchant requirements.

• Support the QA team with Way4-related queries
• Explain Way4 processes, configurations, and workflows within acquiring platforms to support effective test planning and execution
• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and operations teams to clarify system requirements
• Participate in testing new Way4 features, enhancements, and fixes
• Assist with defect triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Way4 functionalities
• Document complex system behaviors and test methodologies related to Way4
• Optimize and maintain QA tools and frameworks for Way4 integrations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and testing based on Way4 expertise
• Stay informed about new Way4 features and releases and assess their impact on QA strategy
• Facilitate domain knowledge sharing across the team

• 3+ Years of experience with the Way4 payment platform
• Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, and other IPS
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python to support test automation and QA tooling
• Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting and analysis
• Experience with Online Processing, Clearing, IPS Settlement, Merchant Settlement, and Dispute processes
• Proven ability to write functional and system requirements documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
