• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
• Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal processes
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
• Handle employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns
• Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure HR practices comply with Serbian labour legislation
• Work closely with management on staffing needs and HR-related matters

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
• Previous experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Fintech is required
• Fluent Serbian and English
• Currently based in Belgrade, Serbia
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
• Understanding of Serbian labour legislation
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic, approachable, supportive, and people-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
