- The Imaging Division distributes Nikon cameras, video equipment, binoculars and accessories to both consumers and professional users. Building on more than a century of innovation and expertise, Nikon has become a world-renowned reference in imaging and precision optics.

- The Healthcare Division specializes in the sale and installation of microscopes and imaging software for research institutions, educational organizations, hospitals and clinics, as well as pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

JOB OPPORTUNITY : HR Manager France & Belgium (M/F)

We are looking for our future HR Manager France & Belgium to lead all HR activities across both countries and support the continued development of our business.

Within a people-oriented environment, you will manage a team of two HR colleagues and act as a trusted partner to managers and leadership. You will operate in an international environment, reporting directly to the Regional Director France & BeNeLux and working closely with the wider European HR network.

• Define and implement the HR strategy and operational priorities in line with the Group’s business objectives.
• Advise and support the business on all HR topics, including recruitment, talent development, and individual and collective employee relations.
• Lead social dialogue and manage relationships with Works Council.
• Manage personnel administration, payroll, HR budgets and key performance indicators.
• Lead local and European HR projects.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead the HR team.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a HR leadership role, with overall responsibility for HR within a commercial organization of comparable size and complexity (approximately 80 employees).
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and personnel administration.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Highly organized and autonomous, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in an international Japanese company is preferred.

Given the nature of the role and the importance of fostering strong relationships with employees and managers, a regular presence on site in Champigny-sur-Marne is expected.
