Keller Executive Search is recruiting for a permanent HR opportunity with an established company in the wine and hospitality sector. Based in Tuscany, our client brings together agricultural, production, commercial and guest-facing operations within an international environment. The business is investing in leadership capability, employee development and a strong, sustainable workplace culture.

This is not a conventional HR position. The successful candidate will be a coach-first culture and organisational development partner, working closely with executives, managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership practices, feedback, performance conversations and employee development. You will also lead recurring culture, engagement and performance-development programmes from diagnosis through implementation and measurable follow-through.

Reporting to the HR Director with an international dotted-line relationship, you will join a lean HR team and retain meaningful generalist responsibilities. The opportunity suits someone who combines behavioural-science expertise and credible leadership coaching with practical Italian HR knowledge. With broad access to leaders and teams across multiple Tuscan sites, this role offers tangible influence and a potential long-term pathway towards senior HR leadership.

задачи

  • Build sustained one-to-one coaching relationships with executives, managers and frontline supervisors, including leaders senior to the role holder
  • Coach leaders on feedback, goal setting, career development, performance management and formal employee conversations
  • Lead culture and organisational development programmes from diagnosis and design through implementation, evaluation and improvement
  • Manage recurring employee-listening and performance-development cycles, including survey preparation, launch, reporting and follow-through
  • Translate survey findings into practical, leader-owned departmental action plans and monitor delivery
  • Facilitate leadership, talent and capability discussions across operational and corporate teams
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate development programmes, vendors, e-learning and evaluation within budget
  • Support succession planning and talent-calibration discussions, linking outcomes to development actions
  • Provide accurate first-line generalist HR guidance to managers, applying Italian employment law and relevant collective agreements
  • Support HR reporting, employee-cost budgeting, forecasting and workforce data analysis
  • Provide recruitment and union-meeting support when required without displacing the role's coaching focus
  • Maintain a visible presence across sites and incorporate health, safety and quality principles into daily work

Additional Information

  • Hybrid pattern: office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday generally used for home working or site travel
  • Travel: approximately 50-60% across Tuscany and 10% outside Tuscany
  • Permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week
  • The role has no direct reports and reports to the HR Director, with an international dotted-line relationship

требования

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of culture, engagement or organisational development programmes, including implementation and measurable follow-through
  • Sustained one-to-one coaching experience with managers and leaders, including senior leaders and frontline supervisors
  • Practical HR generalist or HRBP experience covering employee advice, performance processes and HR casework
  • Sound working knowledge of Italian employment law, with the judgement to manage or escalate formal matters appropriately
  • Expert proficiency in Italian and strong professional English, spoken and written
  • A degree in psychology or a related behavioural or organisational field, or an accepted equivalent combining relevant education with substantial coaching practice
  • Relevant HR experience combining organisational development, talent, learning or culture work with hands-on generalist responsibilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus experience using HR systems and handling people or survey data accurately
  • Availability for permanent, full-time employment and willingness to follow the required hybrid and site-travel pattern
  • Leadership coaching certification supported by applied coaching experience
  • Experience operating in an international matrix or internationally owned business
  • Experience engaging production, agricultural, plant, hospitality or other multi-site workforces
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or another HRIS
  • Experience supporting succession planning, HR budgets, recruitment or union relationships
  • Background in a mid-sized organisation or similarly lean HR operating model

You are a credible, psychologically informed HR professional who can challenge and support senior leaders while earning trust across operational teams. Constructive, adaptable and practical, you combine coaching skill with disciplined execution and are equally comfortable facilitating a leadership conversation, interpreting survey data or advising a manager on an Italian HR matter.

условия

  • Base salary of EUR 60,000 to EUR 70,000 annually, depending on experience, with flexibility up to EUR 75,000 for an exceptional candidate
  • Short-term performance incentive plan
  • Paid leave and employment provisions in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
  • Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate
  • Potential long-term development pathway towards senior HR leadership
