As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic advisor and change partner in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution, operating close to the business in a dynamic and changing environment. You will work closely with senior leaders across multiple territories to shape and deliver people strategies that support business transformation, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Operating within a global HR CoE model, you will translate complex and evolving business priorities into scalable, practical people solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting leadership capability, organisational design, and cultural evolution—ensuring the workforce is engaged, aligned, and equipped to deliver against strategic ambition in a dynamic and changing context.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, adaptability, and confidence operating in ambiguity, with the ability to influence leaders, drive change, and embed consistent people practices across a diverse workforce.
