HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking for our European headquarters based out of Munich a dynamic, dedicated and passionate HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to drive our People strategy.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting development of our talent, maximizing organization’s performance and drive employees' motivation by improving HR processes such as evaluation/promotion/reward. You will create proactive solutions to drive and facilitate change initiatives and continuous improvement projects aligning with the business strategy.
