Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner in our Human Resources Corporate Functions team.

The Corporate Functions HR team supports Sompo’s functions globally, providing tailored partnership to leaders to enhance the functions across the full employment lifecycle. The Business Partner is aligned to the Risk and Operations and IT functions, providing strategic business support to the function globally.

The total compensation opportunity for all regular, full-time employees is a combination of base salary and incentives that gets adjusted upfront based on overall Company performance with final awards based on individual performance.
