HR BP / HRD, Core Business Unit

• Ensure the business unit’s personnel contribute effectively to its strategic goals and financial targets
• Manage staffing to ensure the business unit has the right number of employees who have completed their probationary period and meet the company’s satisfaction
• Foster employee engagement and retention by creating a motivating work environment where employees are committed to staying and taking on new responsibilities
• Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Monitor and measure managers’ and employees’ satisfaction with the HR function

• At least 4 years of successful experience in a similar HR BP/HRD role at an international digital, IT, or product company
• Ability to implement and ensure the execution of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, employee engagement, and loyalty, with measurable examples of impact on these metrics
• Operational experience in C&B and analytics
• Motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives
• Persistent, results-oriented, and able to work with numbers, facts, and figures
• Strong project management skills
• Highly stress-resistant and able to work amid uncertainty and multitasking
• Strong command of Russian and English
