We are looking for an intern to join the Talent Acquisition team, eager to learn, collaborate and help attract the best talent to our bank. During the 12-month internship, you will have the opportunity to take part in strategic recruitment initiatives, work closely with different business areas and develop a broad understanding of talent management in a leading organization in the financial sector.

• Support and follow end-to-end recruitment processes, from publishing job advertisements and screening CVs to conducting interviews and supporting offer management;
• Ensure close and effective communication with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partner teams, ensuring alignment and follow-up on ongoing processes;
• Participate in the design, planning and delivery of the Bank's internship programs;
• Collaborate in the organization and delivery of assessment programs and mass recruitment initiatives;
• Contribute to Employer Branding projects and activities, representing Santander at Job Fairs, university events and other talent attraction initiatives;
• Support the analysis of recruitment indicators and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or similar fields;
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and the financial sector;
• Business-oriented profile, with curiosity to understand the organization's different areas and challenges;
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management;
• Collaborative mindset and team spirit;
• Proactivity, sense of responsibility and autonomy;
• Focus on delivery, organization and results orientation;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
