HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you won’t be making coffee (unless it’s for yourself). Instead, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our HR Business Partner to help drive strategic HR policies, manage data, and keep our people & operations running smoothly.

Your key missions:

- Assist with reviewing and updating HR processes, policies, and labor conditions.

- Help pull and analyze personnel data to provide management with clear reports and insights.

- Spot areas for improvement in daily HR workflows and help make our operations smoother.

- Work with colleagues from different departments to improve the way we support our people.

• How HR really works in a fast-paced, people-first company.
• Practical experience with HR tools like Power BI and HRIS systems.
• How data and structure keep everything on track behind the scenes.
• How to balance day-to-day operational support with long-term projects.

• You’re curious, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions. You love working with and for people. You’re someone who likes to take initiative and enjoys being part of a team where no day is the same.
• Studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (HBO/WO level) in the Netherlands.
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, Outlook, or HR systems.
• Fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch as well.
• Available from Feb 2026 for 4–6 months, 32–40 hours per week.
