задачи
- Find and recruit truck drivers.
- Call leads and interview candidates by phone.
- Check driver qualifications and documents (CDL, experience, driving record).
- Explain job details, pay, and working conditions.
- Follow up with candidates who haven’t responded.
- Onboard new drivers and guide them through the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
требования
- At least 1 year of experience in driver recruiting (required).
- Advanced English (C1).
- Confident phone communication.
- Organized and able to handle many candidates at once.
