• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering quality and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with internal QA and cross-functional engineering teams to integrate QA processes throughout the development lifecycle;
• Define, implement, and enforce quality assurance strategies and processes with the Leadership team;
• Set up, configure, and use testing environments and tools for specific user scenarios;
• Conduct functional, performance, security, and end-to-end testing;
• Contribute to and run automated testing suites to improve efficiency and test coverage;
• Analyze complex functionality, identify gaps, and suggest fixes;
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis;
• Stay up to date with modern technologies and best practices to enhance QA processes;
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of detailed test documentation;
• Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using bug tracking systems;
• Provide detailed test result reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• At least 5 years of quality assurance experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role;
• Extensive knowledge of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, best practices, and software development methodologies;
• Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries and working with databases;
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals, client-server architecture, network protocols, and web technologies and standards;
• Solid experience with API testing tools, including Postman and Swagger, and version control systems;
• Experience in mobile testing, performance testing, log analysis, monitoring dashboards, virtualization tools, on-demand services, cloud services, and enterprise web applications;
• Strong experience analyzing software requirements and creating effective test scenarios;
• Strong self-management, work organization, communication, and decision-making skills;
• Advanced knowledge of test automation tools;
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines;
• Strong verbal and written technical English proficiency at B2 or C1 level;
• Nice to have: Advanced experience with FinTech-related products, scripting with TypeScript or JavaScript, Playwright, API automation, and CI/CD systems.
