SINARTECH is looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications.
задачи
- Review business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases;
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support;
- Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations;
- Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud;
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools;
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects;
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups in Agile environments;
- Validate data integrity, security, user permissions, and business processes within Salesforce;
- Support deployment validation and post-release smoke testing;
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives;
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports;
- Participate in automation testing initiatives where applicable.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 3–5 Years of software testing experience, including 2+ years testing Salesforce applications;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
- Experience with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Experience using defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
