Kapital Bank is a financial institution that offers banking services to improve operational efficiency and expand its product onboarding capabilities.

• Participate in the establishment of business processes and propose optimizations based on quality criteria;
• Create test plans and write test scenarios for both manual and automated testing;
• Monitor the testing process, detect bugs, and prepare reports on identified errors according to established standards;
• Execute service tests, performance tests, and regression testing processes;
• Review existing testing processes and participate in the research and implementation of new functionalities;
• Propose solutions to increase organizational and operational efficiency;
• Take responsibility for the models initiated and used;
• Perform other functions arising from the employment contract, the statute of the structural unit, and other internal legal acts of the bank;
• Execute tasks and orders given by the direct supervisor, the Chairman of the Management Board, and decisions made by the Supervisory Board and internal committees;
• Support and collaborate with involved interns and employees in their work.

• Master test management tools such as X-ray and TestRail;
• Have experience in QA manual and automation fields;
• Possess knowledge in API and contract testing;
• Have experience with the Java programming language;
• Have experience with test frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber;
• Possess knowledge of Postman, SoapUI, and JMeter;
• Work with Git including GitLab and GitHub;
• Work with databases including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Developer;
• Possess necessary knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban;
• Hold a higher education degree;
• Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field;
• Speak Azerbaijani fluently;
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, communication skills, time management, and teamwork abilities;
• Work effectively under high-pressure conditions and maintain responsibility and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Russian and English language proficiency, knowledge of international practices.
