Owlcat Games is a game development studio established in 2016 that specializes in creating cRPGs. The studio has developed titles such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and is currently working on Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

• Manage the QA team;
• Develop QA staff and conduct 1-on-1 meetings;
• Oversee the overall quality of the project;
• Monitor and improve existing quality assurance processes;
• Communicate regularly with other development departments and plan QA resources for incoming tasks;
• Create new processes to address emerging issues from a long-term perspective.

• 5+ Years of experience in QA;
• 1+ Year of experience in a QA Lead position;
• High level of conflict resilience;
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation;
• Understanding of the software development process and the role of testing within it;
• Strong communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and a systematic approach to identifying bugs;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Russian language skills at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with tabletop games, passion for game development.
