QA тестировщик (manual)

The company develops payment systems.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality;
• Perform manual and automated testing on web and backend applications;
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution, ensuring the highest quality standards;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage;
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on testing practices and techniques;
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies;
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for quality assurance within the team.

• At least 2 years of experience in web and backend testing;
• Proficient in various software testing methodologies and best practices;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle;
• Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements to develop test cases and test scenarios;
• Ability to effectively collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders;
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior QA engineers, coordinating their work, and facilitating onboarding and knowledge sharing;
• Experience developing automated UI tests using the Behavior-Driven Development approach;
• Experience developing and maintaining automated integration tests using Postman and Rest Assured;
• Understanding of and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or TeamCity;
• Ability to prepare test reports, analyze quality metrics, and recommend improvements to testing processes;
• Experience analyzing application logs using tools such as Kibana, Splunk, or the ELK Stack;
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for testing processes, standards, and best practices;
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries using JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, subqueries, and aggregate functions;
• Azerbaijani language proficiency;
• English or Russian language proficiency at B2 level.
