• Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering manual and automated testing in line with organizational test policy and product goals;
• Design, develop, and maintain modular automated test frameworks supporting component, integration, system, and acceptance testing;
• Develop and execute structured and exploratory manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements;
• Perform requirements analysis and participate in test design using black-box and white-box techniques;
• Lead or contribute to test planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk analysis across manual and automated testing activities;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other team members to review requirements and acceptance criteria and ensure full test coverage;
• Design and execute API, UI, data validation, and end-to-end test scenarios manually and with automation tools;
• Contribute to manual regression test suites and automate high-value scenarios;
• Track and manage defects through their lifecycle using structured documentation, root cause analysis, and communication with developers;
• Monitor and report test metrics, including test coverage, defect detection rate, and automation ROI;
• Use CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting;
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to promote manual and automated QA best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in manual and automated software testing;
• Strong knowledge of ISTQB-aligned testing principles, test processes, and test design techniques;
• Strong Java programming and automation skills;
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven, Rest Assured, and Appium;
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining manual test cases for functional, UI, API, and non-functional testing;
• Proficiency with TestRail, Jira, and Git;
• Good understanding of API concepts, client-server architecture, and SQL for backend validation;
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Selenoid;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA’s role in the Agile lifecycle;
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery timelines.
