Andersen’s customer is an international organization operating in financial and protection services. It provides customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets, investing in digital capabilities, operational excellence, technology, process improvement, and service innovation. The project develops and maintains an integration layer that enables reliable data exchange and communication between core systems and external platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated API, integration, and E2E tests using Java, REST Assured, and TestNG
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks, reusable QA libraries, regression suites, and CI/CD quality gates
• Perform functional, exploratory, integration, smoke, regression, and E2E testing of APIs, backend services, and integrations
• Analyze requirements and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications to define test coverage, risks, dependencies, and automation scope
• Validate API behavior, integration flows, and data consistency across APIs, databases, and integrated systems, including SQL-based validation
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test data, QA artifacts, repositories, and documentation
• Investigate and report defects with supporting logs, API requests and responses, and other technical evidence
• Support contract and component testing using Pact, WireMock, and related approaches
• Collaborate with development and API teams to improve testability, automation coverage, QA processes, and testing strategy
• Coordinate performance testing and support release validation, defect triage, Agile ceremonies, and release-readiness assessment

• 3+ Years of full-stack QA experience covering manual testing and Java-based test automation
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and end-to-end user flows
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing, test scenario design, and defect investigation
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, identify risks and gaps in acceptance criteria, and define testing approaches
• Hands-on experience with Java-based API and integration test automation using REST Assured or similar libraries
• Experience with JUnit/TestNG, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of microservice-based architectures and distributed application environments
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, SQL, application logs, and browser developer tools
• Ability to validate data consistency across UI, APIs, and databases
• Experience maintaining automated regression suites and pipelines and contributing to release-readiness decisions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with Developers and Product Owners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive approach and ownership of product quality
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
