• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product stakeholders throughout the development process to identify risks early and ensure product quality;
• Review business and technical documentation to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks;
• Manually test complex features and user flows;
• Define and refine acceptance criteria and edge cases with the team;
• Write clear, actionable bug reports and maintain test documentation.

• 3+ Years of software testing experience focused on web applications and UI/UX validation;
• Hands-on experience testing payment flows;
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle;
• Hands-on experience with shift-left testing, including reviewing requirements, validating designs, and identifying potential risks;
• Experience creating test documentation, including user scenario-based checklists and well-structured bug reports;
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment with evolving documentation;
• Ownership and initiative;
• Good written and spoken English.
