• Independently implement the full testing cycle for projects, including functional testing of web applications, microservices, and APIs;
• Test products without ready requirements;
• Create and maintain test documentation;
• Accept builds before releases and control the quality of defect fixes;
• Monitor error and failure reports;
• Analyze and test project and product requirements;
• Evaluate testing work;
• Participate in team meetings.

• 2+ Years of experience as a QA Engineer;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with big datasets, calculations, and corporate applications with complex business logic;
• Experience testing web applications and microservices;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycles;
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles;
• Experience writing test cases and checklists;
• Experience with bug and task tracking, documentation, and test case management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and TestRail;
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and SQL;
• Good Excel skills and experience working with data, calculations, and spreadsheets;
• Fast learner;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Strong communication skills in Russian, written and spoken;
• Flexibility when switching between tasks and projects;
• Ability to work with legacy or outdated documentation without frustration;
• Respectful and constructive communication in challenging situations;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions, seek clarity, and improve processes;
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while working with complex calculations and large datasets;
• Nice to have: previous experience in ERP, HRIS, payroll, or similar domains; experience working with APIs using Postman, SoapUI, and web services.
