• Independently implement the full testing cycle for projects, including functional testing of web applications, microservices, and APIs;
• Test products without ready requirements;
• Create and maintain test documentation;
• Accept builds before releases and control the quality of defect fixes;
• Monitor error and failure reports;
• Analyze and test project and product requirements;
• Evaluate testing activities;
• Participate in team meetings;
• Take ownership of product quality;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest additional tools or practices.

• 2+ Years of experience as a QA Engineer;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with big datasets, calculations, and corporate applications with complex business logic;
• Experience testing web applications and microservices;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycles;
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles;
• Experience writing test cases and checklists;
• Experience with bug and task tracking, documentation, and test case management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and TestRail;
• Experience working with databases, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and SQL;
• Good Excel skills and experience working with data, calculations, and spreadsheets;
• Fast learner;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Strong written and spoken Russian;
• Flexibility when switching between tasks and projects;
• Comfortable working with legacy or outdated documentation;
• Respectful and constructive communication in challenging situations;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions, seek clarity, and improve processes;
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while working with complex calculations and large datasets;
• Nice to have: previous experience in ERP, HRIS, payroll, or similar domains; working with API using Postman, SoapUI, and web services.
