• Independently implement the full testing cycle for projects, including functional testing of web applications, microservices, and APIs
• Test products without ready-made requirements
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Accept builds before releases and control the quality of defect fixes
• Monitor error and failure reports
• Analyze and test project and product requirements
• Evaluate testing work
• Participate in team meetings

• 2+ Years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets, calculations, and corporate applications with complex business logic
• Experience testing web applications and microservices
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycles
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles
• Experience writing test cases and checklists
• Experience with bug and task tracking, documentation, and test case management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and SQL
• Good Excel skills and experience working with data, calculations, and spreadsheets
• Fast learner
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English
• Strong written and spoken Russian communication skills
• Flexibility to switch between tasks and projects when needed
• Able to work with legacy or outdated documentation without frustration
• Communicates respectfully and constructively, including in challenging situations
• Proactive, asks questions, seeks clarity, and strives to improve processes
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while working with complex calculations and large datasets
