qa engineer (manual) for enterprise risk management

• Design, execute and maintain functional, integration and regression test plans;
• Validate new product features and enhancements before release;
• Identify, document and track software defects through resolution;
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate, reproduce and validate issues;
• Participate in release validation and production readiness activities;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies and quality standards;
• Support and expand test automation initiatives;
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage User Stories, Test Cases, Defects and Releases;
• Work with Product Management, Development, Support and Consulting teams to ensure successful product delivery;
• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality user experience across the platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
• 2–5 Years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing or a similar role;
• Experience testing web-based or SaaS applications;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies;
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools;
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO);
• Experience with Git and Visual Studio;
• Understanding of test automation principles and best practices;
• Good understanding of APIs and web technologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• High degree of autonomy, ownership and accountability;
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities;
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software;

• Nice to have: experience implementing or maintaining automated testing frameworks, knowledge of SQL and database testing, experience working with enterprise software solutions, exposure to Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control, Audit or Governance solutions, experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies, strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its practical application within software engineering, testing and product development.
