STRADE provides aviation component services through a digitalized operating model. The company manages aircraft component assets and provides round-the-clock support to airlines, MROs, and trade partners through a digital marketplace.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand testing requirements, objectives, and user expectations;
• Partner with Tech Leads during design to ensure system testability, observability, and resilience;
• Conduct test analysis, design test cases, and execute manual and automated tests;
• Update regression and feature test sets according to customer requirements;
• Own the evolution of automation architecture and tooling choices;
• Mentor and coach QA and Software Engineers in test automation best practices, coding standards, and quality mindsets;
• Introduce AI Supported Quality tools and skills;
• Help define and contribute to CI/CD pipelines;
• Help define and contribute to performance, load, accessibility, and other non-functional testing;
• Define requirements for test environments and test data management, including integration with 3rd-party systems;
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and prioritize tests to mitigate potential issues;
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Degree (FH, BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field;
• Ideally, continuing education in software testing, such as ISTQB, ISEB, or an equivalent qualification;
• 5+ Years of experience planning and executing methodical testing of complex software solutions, preferably in a fast-paced agile environment;
• Hands-on knowledge of API and E2E test automation tools and frameworks, preferably Playwright and TypeScript;
• Ability to think from an end-users perspective to ensure software usability and satisfaction;
• Proficiency in analyzing usability and design specifications to derive effective test cases;
• Experience working in both start-up and large-scale enterprise environments;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus;
• High initiative and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Team-oriented approach and strong problem-solving competence;
• Ability to work autonomously and in a cross-functional team;
• Solid analytical understanding and a structured, results-oriented working method;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: familiarity with testing e-commerce or marketplace platforms, familiarity with performance testing tools such as k6, understanding of the aviation or aerospace MRO business, experience with JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
