• Build, develop, and maintain test frameworks and automation environments for functional and integration testing;
• Build and develop test automation solutions for clients’ information systems;
• Adapt test support tools to client needs and test frameworks;
• Develop and maintain test scripts;
• Design test automation approaches and strategies for Polish and international clients;
• Create solutions for presenting test results;
• Integrate automated testing solutions with CI/CD.

• Have 1–3 years of experience in test automation;
• Have very good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or Playwright;
• Have experience designing and maintaining stable UI test automation scripts;
• Know the Page Object Model or similar approaches that ensure test maintainability;
• Have experience testing REST APIs and integration flows, including contract, status code, payload, and error handling verification;
• Have practical experience with tools such as Postman or REST Assured;
• Have very good knowledge of test design techniques and risk-based testing;
• Create clear, reusable scenarios and analyze requirements to identify edge cases;
• Analyze root causes of defects and unstable tests;
• Diagnose problems based on logs and system behavior;
• Proactively identify quality risks;
• Know Jira and Confluence for defect management and documentation;
• Have basic SQL/NoSQL knowledge for data validation;
• Understand CI/CD and automated test execution;
• Have experience developing and improving automation frameworks, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and fast feedback loops;
• Have English proficiency at least at B2 level;
• Nice to have: ISTQB Foundation certificate or higher.
