• Analyze feature requirements and participate in planning sessions;
• Prepare test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications for Android and iOS, as well as PWAs;
• Participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
• Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, grooming, retrospectives, and planning;
• Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO about identified issues;
• Contribute to improving QA processes and internal standards;
• Ensure product quality and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Identify and help resolve issues early to support continuous improvements and high-quality releases.

• 3+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr;
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Knowledge of browser developer tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
• Proficiency in defect tracking systems such as Jira;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in regulated environments such as gambling, banking, or health tech;
• Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach to quality;
• Experience using AI tools for QA activities;
• Good spoken and written English at B2+ level or higher;
• Native-level Russian proficiency;
• Nice to have: experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO; experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
