• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API services using Python
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment validation
• Design, execute, and maintain end-to-end, integration, regression, and functional test scenarios
• Develop and maintain automated tests for AI assistants, chatbots, and automated workflows, checking response accuracy, fallback handling, and guardrail compliance
• Test microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures for data integrity, performance, and error handling
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and define acceptance criteria
• Perform root-cause analysis on test failures, track defects in Jira, and verify complex bug fixes
• Conduct performance, load, and basic security and penetration testing across corporate and production environments
• Maintain technical documentation for test plans, test coverage, and automation architecture

• 5+ Years of hands-on software testing and quality assurance experience, including 3+ years in QA Automation
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, PyTest, or Selenium
• Deep practical experience with API testing, including REST, JSON, webhooks, Postman, Requests, or HTTPX
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git-based workflows
• Experience testing complex web applications, microservices, and databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Understanding of modern software architecture, authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, SAML, and JWT, and security best practices
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems such as Jira, Xray, or TestRail
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments, Docker, and basic Bash scripting
• Good spoken and written English
