• Plan and own test automation for existing and upcoming Risk work, including unit, functional/API, workflow/E2E, and performance tests;
• Design and implement tests for complex REST APIs and Zoral Decision Engine workflows covering authorization, creditworthiness, address and bank validation, and related Master decisions;
• Keep services testable with developers using WebApplicationFactory, Testcontainers, PostgreSQL, WireMock, Docker Compose, and seeded test data;
• Integrate and maintain automated tests in Azure Pipelines, including shared test templates, coverage, ReportPortal, Allure, and nightly Postman runs;
• Own Xray/Jira traceability by reviewing test cases, implementing them in code, and mapping reporting to tickets and test plans;
• Use and improve the team’s AI-assisted QA workflow while reviewing and constraining generated tests;
• Maintain test architecture and team conventions across repositories;
• Work with mock and stub data providers for functional and performance testing;
• Brainstorm upcoming work with the team and keep quality included in design discussions;
• Mentor others on testing approaches and tooling;
• Provide the product owner with a clear view of current quality status and upcoming test plans.

• 5+ Years of experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or Quality Engineer with automated tests in production CI;
• Strong knowledge of testing types and methods, including unit, integration, functional, E2E, performance, and exploratory testing;
• Strong experience testing complex APIs and integrations, including authentication, persistence, downstream HTTP, and messaging;
• Ability to read YAML and JSON configurations and trace behavior across services;
• Experience delivering automated test suites and preferably shared test libraries or pipeline templates;
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, dependency management, and DevOps-style teams;
• Experience with BDD/Gherkin and mixed test types across repositories;
• Ability to review, correct, and constrain AI-generated tests;
• Self-driven and proactive approach;
• Ability to communicate with business and engineering stakeholders;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Curiosity about AI-assisted testing, Cypress, Kafka consumer testing.
