• Own, build, and evolve automated test frameworks and quality gates;
• Define UI and API test layer strategies;
• Automate testing of algorithm orchestration and third-party integrations;
• Use AI tools to accelerate test script generation, test data synthesis, refactoring, and root-cause analysis;
• Leverage AI agents to convert specifications into automated test scenarios, generate test data, create documentation, and draft PR descriptions;
• Apply prompt engineering to improve speed, coverage, and quality in production-ready test suites;
• Design maintainable and scalable test frameworks;
• Structure multimodule test suites in Maven;
• Apply an appropriate Test Layering Strategy;
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines;
• Use test reporting tools such as Allure or comparable frameworks;
• Troubleshoot complex distributed issues and flaky test behavior;
• Take ownership of test frameworks and quality strategy from initial concept through deployment and maintenance;
• Work independently with minimal supervision;
• Articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed agile squad.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in QA automation, including senior ownership of a large test suite;
• Deep understanding of Core Java and modern design patterns applied to test automation;
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright;
• Solid knowledge of JUnit 5 for UI and API test automation;
• Proven experience designing maintainable, scalable test frameworks;
• Experience structuring multimodule suites in Maven;
• Deep understanding of contract, functional, integration, and smoke API testing;
• Understanding of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles and their application to test codebases;
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines;
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence;
• Strong commitment to high-quality code, clean architecture, and testing best practices;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a distributed agile squad;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience in a regulated domain such as medical imaging, digital pathology, IVD, or clinical diagnostics; experience with Angular, SSO/multitenant authentication, or the broader Atlassian suite.
