QA engineer (auto) for web applications

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team focused on the quality and automation of web applications, APIs and microservices. You will work closely with development teams in an Agile and DevOps environment.

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests for APIs, microservices and web applications.
• Execute regression, integration and end-to-end testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage test evidence and results in Jira/Xray, support defect analysis and validate fixes.
• Contribute to acceptance criteria, shift-left quality practices and test data management.

• 1–3 years of experience in QA automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• API testing using Postman, Newman, RestAssured or PyTest.
• Testing APIs and distributed or microservices-based applications.
• Git, Docker, SQL and experience with Jira/Xray; Kubernetes knowledge.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience working in Agile/DevOps teams.

• This full-time role is based in Lisbon, with 2 on-site days per week.
