qa engineer (auto) for payment integrations

Solidgate builds financial infrastructure and a payment orchestration platform for internet businesses, supporting card payments, alternative payment methods, subscriptions, chargeback management, fraud prevention, and indirect tax.

• Define test coverage scope by analyzing functional requirements, risks, and technical specifications;
• Create automation plans and test scenarios covering key functional areas;
• Design and implement stable automated tests within the Continuous Integration process;
• Update and adapt automated tests according to product changes;
• Improve the reliability of the automation test suite;
• Implement new tools and optimize the current automation framework;
• Enhance the speed and usability of test operations;
• Provide timely information on product quality and release readiness;
• Test integrations with payment providers, including card payments and alternative payment methods;
• Validate payment flows, provider responses, business logic, and error handling.

• 3+ Years of experience in test automation and programming;
• Strong knowledge of Java;
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, Selenide, Retrofit, and Test Management Systems;
• Solid experience in API and UI test automation;
• High ownership and independence;
• Initiative and readiness to improve processes and tooling;
• Nice to have: Fintech background, especially in payments, billing, or financial processing; experience testing third-party integrations.
