qa engineer (auto) for distributed systems

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Go, including interfaces, goroutines, and channels in testing;
• Build and improve test automation frameworks for backend services and APIs;
• Write reliable, clean, and scalable test code aligned with automation best practices;
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for distributed systems;
• Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and fully maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution;
• Run automated tests in local Docker-based environments and manage test dependencies using containerized setups;
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and improve automation stability;
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and overall product quality;
• Support manual testing when required to ensure full feature coverage;
• Document automation processes, test architecture, frameworks, and internal tooling.

• 2.5+ Years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer with Go;
• Strong understanding of automated testing principles, SDLC, and QA methodologies;
• Experience automating tests for APIs, microservices, and backend systems;
• Knowledge of Go, frameworks, and testing libraries such as Testify and GoMock;
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions;
• Experience with Dockerized environments;
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and tools such as Postman or Swagger;
• Understanding of Git and code review processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, distributed systems, performance or load testing tools, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
