Go developer for banking chatbots

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer in Almaty for a project integrating AI agents into a banking chatbot, automating user interactions, and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems. The customer is one of Kazakhstan’s leading commercial banks. Serving over 3 million retail and corporate clients, it operates a nationwide network of branches and service outlets.

• Developing new functionality to replace the legacy C2D integration.
• Implementing real-time messaging (WebSocket) between the application and the chatbot.
• Integrating with Chat2Desk to enable seamless switching between the AI agent and a human operator.
• Storing conversation history (24-hour cache + shared database).
• Transferring customer data and conversation context to the operator.
• Sending push notifications for new messages.
• Integrating with the AI Agent Consent Management Service.
• Documenting code and architectural decisions.

• Experience as a Go Developer for 3+ years.
• Experience working with WebSockets and real-time communication.
• Experience integrating with external systems (API Gateway).
• Understanding of chatbot and customer support systems (Chat2Desk).
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience creating test documentation (checklists, bug reports).
• Ability to break down complex tasks and justify architectural decisions.
• English level – from Intermediate and above.
