QA engineer (auto) for AI-driven testing

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a digital transformation initiative focused on test automation, software quality, and AI-driven testing solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality software while driving innovation in QA processes.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test strategies and automation approaches.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking through Jira and Xray.
• Integrate automated testing into Continuous Testing and software delivery processes.
• Identify, report, and support the resolution of software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Assurance processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize test design, maintenance, execution, and reporting.
• Promote automation best practices and a quality-first mindset across the team.

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience using Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Ability to perform Requirements Analysis and define effective test scenarios.
• Knowledge of Continuous Testing practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
