ElmoSoft is building a high-load fintech platform for an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker. The platform provides trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide, using microservices, high-load databases, and modern observability standards.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and strategies for web, API, and mobile applications
• Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish design principles and frameworks for performance, load, security, and scalability testing
• Define and enforce organization-wide testing standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with security and industry compliance
• Coach and mentor intermediate and junior Quality Engineers/SDETs on advanced automation techniques, design patterns, and testability
• Track KPIs and test analytics to measure testing effectiveness, coverage, and process optimization opportunities

• Deep proficiency with modern test automation tools and frameworks, including Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, and Appium
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI, and cloud-based testing infrastructure
• Solid programming or scripting background in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
• Solid understanding of AI principles, AI guards, and MCP
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities
• English B2
