Python Developer (Fintech)

ElmoSoft is building a high-load fintech platform for an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker.

• Participate in designing and architecting Python-based software solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Python-based software solutions
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and functional accuracy
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit-test applications
• Track industry trends and technologies to keep applications current and competitive
• Provide functional and technical software specifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and Database Design
• Strong understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of at least one of Python, Java, or .NET
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery
• Experience with FastAPI, Tornado, or Flask
• Experience with Unit Testing
• Experience in a CI/CD environment
• English B2
