- Design and implement automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers to ensure seamless delivery;
- Establish quality standards and best practices;
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve feedback loops for developers;
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle;
- Lead release readiness;
- Define and own the entire testing strategy for a high-impact platform;
- Champion a “shift-left” approach to quality;
- Mentor team members.
требования
- Extensive experience in software testing with a proven track record of defining test strategies in modern engineering environments;
- Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tools for REST APIs and distributed backend systems;
- Strong communication skills;
- Quality ownership mindset;
- Ability to influence and mentor others;
- English B1.
