QA Engineer (auto)

Innowise is a software development company that has implemented over 1,600 cases for clients from the USA, Denmark, Germany, and other countries.

• Automate testing for web applications and optionally mobile, desktop, and API applications;
• Design and maintain test automation solutions using JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#;
• Work with CI/CD systems and pipelines;
• Use test reporting tools and frameworks;
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web, mobile, desktop, UI, and API/web services;
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test strategies, checklists, test cases, and use cases;
• Analyze requirements and work with design mockups;
• Estimate testing efforts and tasks.

• Experience in test automation for web applications;
• Knowledge of test automation design patterns and best practices;
• Experience with CI/CD systems and pipelines;
• Experience with test reporting tools and frameworks;
• Experience using version control systems;
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it;
• Experience with bug tracking and test management systems;
• Experience working in Agile software development environments, including Scrum and Scrum-Kanban;
• Proficiency with Browser Developer Tools, Fiddler, and online testing services;
• Understanding of virtualization and containerization concepts and tools such as VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and Docker;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud providers, and related services;
• Spoken English at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: experience developing scripts for third-party systems and external components, PowerShell and Bash, mentoring experience, databases and SQL, API testing tools, spoken German at B2 level or higher, modern AI tools.
